A 6-Week Journey to Feel Calm, Clear and Confident

In my therapeutic mindset coaching practice, I continue to work with an increasing amount of clients who are experiencing debilitating stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

Therefore due to popular demand from my one to one work I’m delighted to announce the launch of a new six- week programme Reclaim Your Calm- to feel calm, clear and confident.

This course is for you if you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or out of control. Over six weeks, we’ll guide you home to a calmer, peaceful you.

Think of it as a gentle reset for your mind, body, and emotions. Through small, practical steps, you’ll learn to calm your mind, restore your energy, and rebuild trust in yourself.

Week 1: Wake Up Your Mind

Understanding Why You Feel Stuck and Out of Control

You can’t change what you can’t see. This week, you’ll gently explore how your thoughts and patterns shape your reality — and how awareness is the first step to freedom.

You’ll discover:

Week 2: Balance Your Energy

Calm Your Mind & Body

You can’t pour from an empty cup. This week is about learning to soothe your nervous system so your body and mind can finally rest — and you can begin to feel like yourself again.

  • Why tiredness, over thinking, and overwhelm are signals to slow down
  • Simple, quick ways to calm yourself — anywhere, anytime

Week 3: Step into Your Confidence

Get in Touch with Who You Are

You were born enough — you just forgot. This week helps you quieten self-doubt and rediscover the version of you that feels grounded, capable, and proud of who you are.

  • How your self-talk shapes your mood and confidence
  • Why confidence matters more than perfection
  • How to lift yourself up when you feel low

Week 4: Stop Shrinking — Start Standing Tall

Authenticity + Boundaries

You don’t have to earn your worth by keeping everyone happy. This week helps you build boundaries with grace — and speak up without guilt.

  • What imposter syndrome really is (and how to move past it)
  • How to be authentic without over sharing
  • The power of posture, presence, and body language
  • How to say “no” with calm confidence

Week 5: Heal Your Inner Patterns

Find Your Wholeness

Many of your current emotions began as old protective patterns. This week invites you to meet those parts of yourself with compassion — and gently release what no longer serves you.
